Poussier - Olivier

    A sommelier for over the past 20 years, Olivier lives for wine. He won the title of Best Sommelier of France in 1989 and the title of Best International Sommelier in French Wines and Spirits in 1990. Vice –Best Sommelier in the World in 1995 he was awarded Best Sommelier of the World in 2000.

Today, he manages the Purchasing choices for wine and spirits, and the wine and food matches for the Lenôtre company, known in the gastronomic field throughout the world. A Food & Beverage professional, Olivier bases his consulting on his in-depth knowledge of French and international wines and vineyards, gastronomy and the art of entertaining, on the wine market in Europe, and on the needs of both the wine professionals and wine lovers alike.


Insatiable curiosity remains one of Olivier’s primary driving forces, and he offers his consulting clients an open-minded, continually innovative approach. A case in point: the selections he made, in extremely different contexts, for the Jacquesson firm and for the Montblanc Company Restaurants.
